The Gift Collage will ship within the United States, by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to international addresses, APO addresses or US territories at this time. Most items are shipped the same or next business day when ordered before 10 AM (PST). After December 15th, our shippers do not guarantee arrival by Christmas.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses as we are located in Riverside County. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside California.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) through PayPal (a secure, on-line service to process your credit card payment - recipient gets the money without seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers). We do not accept personal checks or cash at this time.
 
Gift Wrapping
The Gift Collage has a beautiful signature purple gift box and gold metallic ribbon. Occasionally you might select an item that does not fit into our signature gift box. The items that do not fit into a gift box will be wrapped in purple gift wrap and metallic ribbon. If you order a gift basket, items are securely wrapped in cellophane with a gold ribbon. As an option, we will be glad to add your personalized message printed on a gift card.

Our customers are special to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will gladly exchange it, or refund the cost and sales tax of the credit card used for the purchase.

 
Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return an item, we are happy to replace the item with another selection or refund the purchasing credit card for the cost and the sales tax.
To Return a Purchase
• If possible, repackage the item in its original packaging or pack appropriately. We will email you a RA (Return Authorization number) to put on the return shipping address. You may also call Customer Service at 1-888-304-GIFT (1-888-304-4438), or Fax 1-562-944-0986.
• For items that you wish to return that are not damaged or an item shipped in error please return your purchase with an insured courier. You may use FedEx, UPS, US Post Office. Please retain your receipt for proof of shipment. The Gift Collage is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct item, The Gift Collage will mail you a UPS Prepaid return label to affix to your package.
